Dream Life Miami – A Posh Place to Stay, Eat and Play

Dream Life Miami is a luxurious hotel that’s a two-minute walk from a wide range of attractions. It also offers recreational facilities, such as a swimming pool.

The hotel’s guest rooms are decorated with glitzy accents, such as geometric cutout headboards and dangly chandeliers. These are complemented by sculptural white tile in the bathrooms.

Location

Located on 600 feet of water frontage in the heart of downtown and a block away from one of Miami’s hottest neighborhoods, Dream Life is a posh to stay, eat and play. It’s got it all: 165 rooms, six high-energy nightlife venues, an upscale mall on top of a skyscraper and a private marina to boot. It also has the requisite number of harried travelers and an equally matched roster of valets to match. The best part?

Rooms

Dream Life Miami is a 165-key hotel being developed as part of Riverside Wharf alongside the Miami River in downtown Miami. It features six dynamic dining and nightlife venues, a 30,000-square-foot rooftop pool deck with sweeping skyline views, a state-of-the-art health and wellness center, and a private marina for mega yachts.

Rooms and suites at this trendy Miami hotel are chic and modern. They come with iPod docking stations, large flat-screen TVs, minibars, and walk-in showers. Upgraded rooms have kitchenettes, barbecue grills and/or plunge pools.

Throughout the hotel, you’ll find design influences ranging from modern Moroccan to end-of-the-70s glamour, with colorful mood lighting adding a playful energy to the space. Geometric cutout headboards, leather or velour seating accents (in some rooms), and sculptural white tile in the bathrooms add to the glam aesthetic. Upstairs is HIGHBAR, a 1970s-inspired rooftop pool and lounge with comfy white seating. Drinks at Naked Taco, a cheeky Mexican restaurant with 125 tequilas, round out the hotel’s entertainment options.

Dining

Dream Life Miami is home to a few high-end eateries that are worth the trip to this upscale hotel. Tudor House by Geoffrey Zakarian (The Food Network’s Chopped, Manhattan’s The Lambs Club) is a modern American eatery with a gourmet pedigree. For starters, you’ll find fried chicken and meatballs, along with classics like grouper cheeks stuffed with romesco sauce and pork belly pressed with pickled cucumbers. For mains, go for a Cuban-style pressed sandwich or an “Ugly Burger” with bread-and-butter pickles and melted burrata. Sides are rustic pots of mixed mushrooms and broccolini with melted burrata, while desserts include a popcorn milkshake and homemade Kit Kat bars.

Alternatively, you can charter a yacht to enjoy some time on the water in Miami. Dream Life Miami offers luxury yachts for rent, which are fully equipped with water toys and come with licensed captains and assistants who can cater to your needs and plan a fun day out on the water.

Recreation

Dream Life Miami has all of the recreation you need to have a great time while on vacation. Get a massage in the spa, take a walk on the beach, swim in the pool, or enjoy a cocktail from the bar outside. You can also rent a jet ski or tubing experience. These activities are perfect for a fun, adventurous day with a loved one!

The hotel is located in the South Beach Art Deco District, so it’s a short walk to a variety of attractions. There’s also a lot of dining and shopping close by. If you’re looking for something a little more laid-back, check out the nearby Bayfront Park and Bayfront Amphitheater. Alternatively, you can go on a sunset kayak tour or do some indoor rock climbing at The Edge Rock Gym. If you’re a sporty couple, a sunset kayaking trip is a romantic date night that will be sure to make memories for the two of you!
